Growing up, I never had an issue with gaining weight. I was always the “skinny” friend. The friend that could stuff her face and eat Wendy’s french fries and be in a bikini an hour later. I had a metabolism most people would kill for, but unfortunately I took advantage of that and never felt like I had to work out or eat right. Until I hit 30.
